TESTIMONIALS
“I had the privilege of collaborating with Jessica on my latest independent feature “Hunger”. Jessica is the type of editor most directors dream of. She possesses the unique ability to efficiently take your intended vision and elevate it to a life beyond expectations. She seems to always find the way to best serve the story while creating the highest level of visual integrity and innovation. Her top notch technical skills are one thing, but I believe it’s her raw sory-telling sense that elevates any project she works on. She defines the word “collaboration”. On top of that, she brings a calm and organized ease to a process that can often be frenzied and chaotic. When it comes to future projects, Jessica is my first call.”
Steven Hentges, Director and Co-Writer of “Hunger”
“Jessica Kehrhahn is a consummate professional, a dedicated worker and an extremely talented craftsman. She works great under pressure, and achieves that magic and necessary balance of skillful compromise and passionate artistry. She also smells really nice, which, in the field of film editors should not be taken lightly.” Francis Stokes, Director and Writer of the award winning comedy “Buttleman”, and the YouTube sensation “God Inc”
“I had the pleasure of employing Jessica as my editor on a recent documentary film project. Over the course of many months, I greatly enjoyed our collaboration and came to appreciate Jessica's hard work, professional attitude, and creative geniality. Early on Jessica enveloped herself in the material and soon laid the editorial foundation to a successful and timely completion of the film.”
David Auerbach, Producer and Director of the documentary “52 The Trolleybus”
“I had the great fortune of collaborating with Jessica Kehrhahn on a number of projects. Along with a vast set of technical skills and story savvy, Jessica brings heart, humor and logic to the table. She is simply a wonderful filmmaker.”
Matthew Buzzell, award winning director of “Jimmy Scott: If You Only Knew”, and a faculty member in the Department of Communications and Professional Writing at the Augusta State University
“In Post-Production Jessica worked under a grueling schedule and delivered the film on time. Her professionalism and dedication to her craft, and our movie, were inspirational. I can’t recommend her highly enough.”
Ross Grayson Bell, Producer of “Fight Club” and “Strings”
“My experience working with Jessica on two feature films has not only shown to be an exceptional one, but one of the most pleasant and enlightening of my career. Jessica’s European background gives her a unique visual style and a very sensitive, intelligent approach to story material. She always brings something fresh and original to the films we have worked on together and her professionalism, discipline and variety of skills were an immense help to every project.”
Robert Florio, A.C.E., Director and Emmy nominated Editor on the TV hit series “NCIS: Los Angeles” and countless other shows
“Working with Jessica on my feature film “Resin”, was one of the highlights of my career. Her ability to translate and improve upon my vision in a unique and cutting-edge way is what all producers and directors dream about. She is as thoughtful as she is thorough and her editing skills are unparalleled. I doubt there is a genre she will not master at some point in time. Resin went on to win numerous awards at various festivals around the world and Jessica’s work is one of the main reasons why. Thanks again Jessica!”
Steve Sobel, Producer and Director of the Dogma Film #23 “Resin”, and “Post Oak Bluff”
